TV Cover for Aftermath
Spotted yesterday in Waterstone's: Peter Robinson's Aftermath has been reissued with Stephen Tompkinson as Banks on the cover. No news yet of the transmission date of this ITV series.
It is a good, gritty cover, isn't it? He looks a good fit for Banks. My only minor gripe is that the cover is a bit Martina Cole-ish, which the book isn't. Let's hope this does not bode ill for the TV version!
According to Sky TV mag,it starts on Monday 27th September at 9pm on ITV1. They filmed some of it outside my workplace in Leeds city centre (in exactly the same spot as where an episode of 'Frost' was shot too, spookily enough).
