It's amazing that you manage to spot all these, Karen - expecially with a gap of 7 years as here. I know there are irritating fashions in covers (headless women on historical fiction covers) but to use actual duplicates (from an agency?) seems so pointless, given all the investment that is put into publishing a book.
I agree with Maxine. Even though I might think a cover looked familiar, I would never be able to remember where I had seen it - at least not unless I owned the book myself. I really like these posts, though.
I guess they both used the same photographer or company! I've seen this on other books too.
