Now he (Jeremy Notham) cropped up in something I saw recently. And I don't watch that much so what was it? Indiana Jones? No? Must have been Invasion then -- yes! That's it. Definitely one for you, then, Karen -- the latest remake of Invasion of the Body Snatchers, one of my favourite movies - not only with Jeremy N but main male actor is Daniel Craig ;-) (film available cheap on DVD).
Have you seen State of Play, a 2005 TV series? I gave it to Cathy for her birthday in Feb as it has John Simm and Philip Glennister in it. Malcolm and I started watching it the other day -- it is fantastic! Also features David Morrisey (recently Col Branden in the latest Sense and Sensibility), James McAvoy, Bill Nighy, the woman who played Keeley Hawes' mother in Ashes to Ashes, and Kelly McDonald (from The Girl in the Cafe, with aforementioned Bill N.) What a cast, and brillint script by Paul Abbott. Highly recommended if you haven't seen it, we are 4 episodes (of 6) in.

ReplyDeleteRight now I'm listening to Devil May Care by Jeremy Northam and his voice is mesmerizing.
ReplyDeleteThis is my first audio experience and I'm loving it...sitting on my porch at dusk...that soothing voice bringing James Bond to life.
