The Birthday Present written as Barbara Vine, followed in November by
Portobello.

ReplyDeleteI must catch up with the two Ruth Rendells and one P D James in [one of] my "waiting to be read" bookshelves. (I think there is at least one P D James between the one I haven't read yet and the forthcoming title you mention, but I have gone off her a bit in recent years, unlike Rendell/Vine, who maintains a great standard.)
